Crunch Time... sorta...
Yeah, I've actually been pretty busy as of late. Couple of fairly large assignments for my programming courses and lots of midterms packed into two weeks. I actually have one in about an hour and a half. Yes, I should be studying instead of blogging, but you know how it is.... And besides, I've studied enough for this stupid midterms. My stress level is somewhere between very highly stressed and fairly stressed. It's a good thing I have so many distractions to take my mind off things... or at least I think of them as good things. Matrix: Revolutions comes out in about 2 weeks. The anticipation is seriously killing me. Having watched Reloaded last week on DVD didn't help either. Besides the trailer after Reloaded, I have managed to stay away from any other preview. It's funny, 'cause whenever we watch tv (the one channel that we have, CTV... hahaha) I constantly run out of the room to avoid any exposure to Revolutions or ROTK.
The other main distraction is that I just picked up the new solo album by Dave Matthews, Some Devil. Man. I told Jensen that it was "pretty good". I now change my mind. It's SNICKED (Tanism... ax me if you really want to know). It came with a bonus live CD he did with Tim Reynolds. And really, this bonus was really worth it. Acoustic versions of Grey Street and When the World Ends are incredible. If you have the time, it's definitely worth at least listening to, if not owning for yourself. Speaking of which, recently I've been having this conviction to actually own music and movies. I mean, a lot of the music and movies are readily available to download, but I think I owe it to the artists to pay for the music I listen to. Anyway, I'm not going to be buying craploads of CDs just because of this, but slowly and steadily the CD and DVD collection will grow. Anyway, prep time for the midterm.
