7 Days

It's over. Seriously. It's OVER. In 7 days things will be very different. In 7 days, something's going to happen. You know of what I speak, you have also foreseen it. It has been in my mind for the better part of a half year now. Everyday the feeling gets more intense. I somehow know that this will be #2 on the list this year. It must be. The funny thing is, it isn't even the worst of it. Everything will be 10^10 times greater in magnitude come December. It vexes me....

Anyway, besides the normal mumbo jumbo, nothing's really been interesting around here. The landlord is renovating next door (of our semi-detached house), so there is a bit of a noise problem. It affects my housemates more than it affects me, since they don't come till around 9am, and I'm in class by then... (yes, I do in fact go to those classes). Hopefully this means that when they're done, they'll be making improvements on our place. Dunno how that's going to affect us, but it's better to have ot done now between exams then to have it during finals or something. Speaking of which... funny thing. in my CP213 midterm, the one I last blogged about, we got the marks. Wow. The initial class average was something like 47%. I scored above that, but not by very much. Enough to pass, but again, not by much. Everyone was pissed, so we spent an entire lecture talking to the prof about it. He ended up readjusting the mark, so now I have something half-decent. But still... freaked me out big time. All my other midterms have turned out pretty well so far, so no complaints in that area. Now it's just the long grind till the end of the semestre. Good thing there are things to take my mind of school...
