Hmmmm... almost a month now.

Sorry about that folks. That last week of school was pretty killer, having lots of stuff due. A quick recap:

- 20pg research paper on GSM/UMTS Encryption (CP460).
- Final presentation for my communications class (BU458), that I could only afford 20 minutes to prep, but got an A on.
- Final written assignment due for my communcations class.
- Get this - a 50% group oral presentation... for 10 minutes... TOTAL... for my marketing class (BU472). That's 50% of my entire term mark for that course. Bloodclaat. I got at least an A-... lol.
- Final project due for my leadership course (BU488), worth 40%.
- That leaves just one final exam, on the 15th of December for business policy (BU481), and I can't really study for it since it's a case.

So what have I been doing then? Well, proctoring up a storm. Doesn't pay that well, but it's better than nothing... and I can use the money. Having been in school for 5 years has shown me a lot, but yeah... some things still shock me (in a hilarious kind of way):
- Why do some girls (and guys) feel the need to "look their best" for exams? I.e., wearing lots of makeup, jewelry and clubbing clothes? At least the vast majority know better
- Some people are just dumb. So here's the deal. The new policy this year, due to privacy issues, is that people are supposed to sit by alphabetical row. E.g., a row might seat those with last names from "Mi" to "Po". I think some people totally skipped kindergarten. I mean, they're pretty stinking simple instructions. But some people just end up in a completely wrong row. Fine, maybe they're not used to it. This one time though... LMAO... I'm proctoring and this girl walks up to me and says, "Hi, my last name is Po[something something]. Should I sit in this row?" *Points to row marked "Li" to "Me".* I tried to be nice, simple saying, "Well, L, M, N, O, P. Nope, that would be your row there."

Last thing before I go... SICKNESS:
