--INSERT TITLE HERE--

This is going to be a rather random post, so I couldn't really think of a title. Some stuff that's been going on lately... well, job postings are up and I've been applying. Mostly to jobs that I'd like to do, but also some jobs that are "back up", but we all know back ups are just as good as first choices if it means being employed. Classes are just as boring as usual. Financial accounting hasn't really picked up at all since we're now learning about journalizing and the various statements. They have to go through it all in case anyone hasn't learned it before, but still, ugh, brutal. I just can't believe it's only been 2 weeks so far. Good thing thanksgiving is only a couple of weeks away. I also have to say, "24" is an amazing show. For a couple of years I've heard all the hype, but when I sat down to watch it, I was totally hooked. I've now watched all 3 seasons and can't wait for the 4th. If anyone needs hookups, let me know.

Which reminds me of something. A lot of things these days are so contageous. No, I don't mean viral, but I mean, a lot of secular "fads" and whatnot catch on with people so easily. Take "24". As soon as I got hooked, I told people about it, they started watching, now they're hooked too. Pretty simple. Same thing with DMB. I've introduced this band to countless people, most of which now are completely hooked. The same thing actually can be said about myself since Jen first got me listening to them. My point though, is why are things like this so easily spread, when the Gospel, which is infinitely better than everything else combined, so hard to accept? I guess the whole narrow path thing would sum it up, but it's just frustrating to know that if everyone took to the Gospel as easily as some other things (and I don't mean a temporary fixation either), the world would be such a better place. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to keep trying and hope for the best.

Here are some other small things that have been on my mind:
- WHY ARE TRUCKER HATS POPULAR??!! They're fugly and you know it.
- Why are all the women on "24" so freaking stupid?? (I'm not being sexist, watch the show for yourself.)
- We have enough food in our fridge and freezer to last until thanksgiving easily.
- We each have to eat ENOUGH fruit each day or it'll go bad. At least we're regular.
- I really want that Fairmont job.
- Pearl White.
- Fear the strong backhand.
- LOTR:ROTK:SXDE:4:10:12:24
