Back in Waterloo... Sorta...

Long time no update. Well, school's starting up again, so I guess I'm going to be starting this thing up again too. I've moved in just about all of my stuff.. and my room is starting to come together too (although slowly, as you could/would/should imagine). The new pad is pretty nice. I'm in Waterloo Towers, for those of you who don't know. We've managed to build a pretty sick wall for our third room, if I do say so myself, and we have all the amenities to say the least. We have the notorious 'corner' couch that used to be at my brother's place (Seagram). Actually, we have a LOT of their old stuff... tables, chairs, desks, shelves, cookery, etc. We've been pretty lucky that way; we didn't have to bring much stuff in in terms of furniture. We did however, bring in our own (soon to be probably) surround sound system, dreamcast, ps2, original NES (YEYEYE!!!), and of course, 2 sets of poker chips. I think we're going to fail... meh.


Oh, and if for some crazy reason I haven't mentioned this to you, I got a new comp. Some specs for you geeks:

For you non-geeks, my computer pretty much kicks ass. It's not the absolute top-of-the-line, but it's pretty close. Yeah, you can't really stay on top of technology anyway, but this'll last me until I graduate. And it runs Doom 3 and Half Life 2, so I'm pretty set. Hee.

Anyway, I'm actually back in Toronto now. I haven't said some goodbyes to some people here, and I told my grandma I'd be back for the weekend. So I'm sitting here at 2:30am with not much to do (except of course, play Doom 3 and CS, hee). I'll be heading back up to Waterloo on Sunday afternoon methinks. I won't have internet at my place until Wednesday though (FREAKING ROGERS), so I may or may not be able to update until then.
